Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yeah I know… I was hit with a wave of sticker shock too. But these prints are ready to hang & enjoy as soon as you receive them. And, as anyone that’s ever had a large paper print framed up can tell you, it can cost as much as these prints or more if you are using high quality mounts, mats, frames and the big one… a high quality museum grade optical glass such as the stuff made by Tru Vue. Also remember these are much more durable than any other photographic print. With normal care, they will last a lifetime.

  • This is my store & it’s open 24 hours for your viewing pleasure. Please enjoy your stay and don’t forget to stop by once in a while to look for new photos.

  • Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from date of order. These are hand crafted prints made by professionals that put as much care into making the print as I put into taking the shot & processing it. Also, all photos will require an addtional few days for final color proofing the first time they are printed. I will mail your Certificate Of Authenticity seperately and keep you updated all throughout the process.

  • Your print will be packaged and shipped to you directly from the printer using standard UPS ground shipping. At the current time I am paying the shipping costs for new print orders.

  • If you print arrives damaged, please email clear photos of all the damage to the print and shipping box. I will then give you an address to ship the damaged print to. Please ship in it’s original packaging.

After I recieve the damaged print, I will order you a replacement with the same print number as the original and reimburse you for the shipping of the damaged one.

  • NO… I’m not interested in any of that. As you may have noticed, there are no paid advertisements of any kind on my site. If I mention a particular brand or product, it is either just an example or it is something I actually use. I only use your data to process your orders and stay within the good graces of the Washington State Department of Revenue, and the IRS. The standard Privacy Statement required by law can be found above in the menu.

  • These prints all use the tried & true method of using a wire on the back and a standard picture hook in the 20 to 30 lb capacity range. I suggest bending the end of the picture hook closed a little bit. It is a little bit harder to get the print on the hook, but it also makes it less likely to get knocked off the wall if it gets bumped. Please do not use nails… this always ends poorly.

Safety first… please realize that even though these prints have been very well deburred, they still can have sharp edges that can cut your hands if not handled properly. Also… please do not wear flip flops, sandals, or bare feet when hanging. I don’t really think I need to explain this one further.
